By joining a class at Studio Dirt (81B Bathurst Street, Hobart), you agree to the following:

1. Participation: You’re taking part in a hands-on pottery workshop that may involve tools, equipment, and materials. We’ll do our best to keep things safe, but by participating, you accept that there’s a small risk of injury, mess, or things not going exactly as planned.

2. Your Health: You confirm you're in good shape to take part and haven’t been told otherwise by a doctor. If you have any health issues we should know about, please let us know before the class.

3. Conduct: Be kind, safe, and respectful in the studio. If your behaviour puts anyone at risk, we may ask you to leave the session.

4. Removal from Class: We reserve the right to remove anyone from a class for safety, health, or behavioural reasons. Refunds won’t be given if you're asked to leave or choose to leave early.

5. Assumed Risk: Pottery involves physical activity and tools. You join at your own risk, and we’re not liable for injuries, damaged property, or clothes covered in clay (wear old ones!).

6. Studio Safety: While we aim for a safe space, you understand that Studio Dirt isn’t responsible for any accidents, injuries, or personal losses during your visit.

7. Release of Liability: You release Studio Dirt and its team from any claims, costs, or liabilities connected to your participation, including injuries or property damage.

8. Indemnity: You agree to cover us (Studio Dirt) if a claim is made against us because of something you did during your time in the studio.

9. Photos & Video: We sometimes take photos and videos during workshops to use on social media or our website. By participating, you’re cool with that—unless you let us know otherwise.

10. Final Note: This waiver covers all your time with us. If anything serious were to happen and legal responsibility can’t be excluded, our liability is limited to what's covered by our insurance.
