Refund Policy

If you're unable to attend a workshop, please email hello@studiodirthobart.com.au as soon as possible—at least 48hrs before the workshop.

You can choose one of the following options:

  1. Transfer your booking to another class of equal value — free of charge (first time only).

  2. Request a credit note

  3. You may request a refund if you need to cancel your booking:

    • 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop.

    • No refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop.

Alternatively, you're welcome to transfer your booking to someone else — just let us know at least 48hrs before the workshop.

Studio Dirt requires a minimum of four participants to run a class. If a class needs to be cancelled due to low numbers, we’ll do our best to give plenty of notice, and you’ll receive a full refund.

Gift Cards / Vouchers

  • Non-refundable.

  • Valid for 1 years from the date of purchase.
